What is Grad Night?
Amesbury High School Grad Night is an all night, substance free, supervised and SURPRISE event held on graduation night, which typically takes place on the first Friday in June.
The new graduates check in right after graduation and this is where the fun begins! After shedding their caps and gowns and throwing on their AHS Grad T-shirts, they are treated to something to eat and drink while they wait to board buses to their first surprise destination. Giveaways and other surprises are scattered throughout the evening!
Our grads are bused from event to event so they can sit back, relax, socialize and enjoy what the night has to offer! They’ve earned it! Typically graduates arrive back in Amesbury by 6:00 a.m. after a fun and memorable night with friends.
The night’s events are a heavily guarded SECRET…that’s part of the fun! We never duplicate a previous year’s Grad Night in its entirety. This keeps them guessing even more!
